Loyal Supporters Key CATCH Golf Classic’s Success

The 29th Annual CATCH Golf Classic and Prelude Party was another great success as we hope to net close to $200,000 from the two days of fund-raising. We are extremely grateful to Toyota Motor Sales USA and Curt McAllister for their role as presenting sponsor. Toyota has been with us since Year One!

Loyal sponsor support has been a tremendous key to our success over the years in all of our special fund-raising events and our year-end annual giving campaign.

In addition to Toyota, 3-Dimensional Services Group — under the leadership of Alan Peterson — Jim-Curt Toyota Alan Peterson-Jimhas been with us since the very beginning!

We also had major sponsorship renewal participation from outstanding corporate citizens including Johnson Controls, Major League Baseball, Faurecia, TI Automotive, Graphics East, WJR, Comcast Spotlight, Delta Airlines, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Covestro, Henkel Corporation, Lear Corporation, MGM Grand Detroit and Talmer Bank & Trust.

The CATCH Golf Classic, annually recognized as one of the best charity golf event in the region, also features a Prelude Party the evening prior at MGM Grand Detroit. Oakland University Men’s Basketball Coach Greg Kampe received the Sparky Anderson Community Excellence Award, and Detroit Pistons and MSU Football Play-by-Play Announcer George Blaha was presented with the Doc Fenkell Excellence in Media Award.
