A prelude to CATCH’s annual Golf Classic the following day, the Prelude Party will take place from 5:30-9 p.m. on Sunday, July 17 at The MGM Grand Detroit. It features a strolling dinner, silent and live auctions of autographed sports memorabilia and resort and golf getaways, a chance to mix and mingle with a variety of Detroit’s popular leaders and personalities and a brief ceremony for honorees. This year, former Detroit Tigers World Champion Pitcher & Bally Sports Detroit Analyst Dan Petry along with Bally Sports Detroit General Sales Manager Marcia Turner will be honored during a program emceed by FOX2 Detroit Anchor Amy Andrews.
